Yorcleans provides general, deep, appliance, end of tenancy and one off cleaning services across Yorkshire. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
When you use our contact form or get in touch by phone or email, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, property or site details, and the contents of your message. We do not collect payment details through this website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes beyond responding to your enquiry and delivering our services.
Our contact form is processed through Netlify Forms, a third party form handling service. Submitted details are sent to us and are not used by that provider for any purpose other than delivering your message to us.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may set minimal technical cookies as part of that service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
